Is there 24/7 access?
Full-time members have round-the-clock access to their workspace, with smart security throughout the building. Daily Pass guests and Hot Desk clients have standard access from 09.00 to 19.00, Mon–Fri.
Where are you located and how do I get there?
Globalworth BOC Tower, Str. George Constantinescu 3, Floor 3, Pipera, Bucharest. Three minutes walk from Pipera metro station.
Can I book a tour before committing?
Absolutely! We encourage it. A tour gives you a real sense of the space, community, and the team. Book directly through our website or social media, and we’ll take it from there.
Is there a free trial?
If the space feels right during your tour, we offer a complimentary full-day trial, so you can experience it as a member before making any commitment.
Can I register my company headquarters (sediu social) at Supertree?
Yes, you can register your official company address at Globalworth BOC Tower, Pipera, one of Bucharest’s most recognised corporate addresses, without renting an office. A credible, prestigious headquarters without the overhead of a long-term lease. If you also need a “punct de lucru”, sediu social is included as standard in our annual contracts: Dedicated Desk, Modullo, and Private Offices.
Do you offer support for international companies entering Romania?
It’s one of the things we do best! Through our in-house business advisory, we provide end-to-end market entry support from company registration, legal setup, HR, finance, to local market intelligence and more. You arrive, we handle the rest.
What office sizes are available and what are the contract terms?
We offer hot desks, dedicated desks, semi-private offices (Modullo), private offices, and executive suites for individual professionals and teams of up to 30 members. Flexible terms range from day passes to annual agreements, depending on your needs.
What’s included in a membership?
Ergonomic furniture, high-speed internet, 24/7 access, sediu social, meeting room credits, unlimited coffee/tea/water and snacks, printing, mail handling, coworking area access, community events, and preferential partner rates. Custom fit-out and branding available for private offices.
What advisory services are available to members?
Members have direct access to Supertree’s in-house multidisciplinary advisory team covering everything, from corporate governance, financial advisory, legal counsel, accounting, taxation, to marketing, IT and M&A support — through Adeco Advisory, our parent consultancy operating since 2012.
Can external clients book meeting rooms and event venues?
Yes. All spaces: meeting rooms, open-plan venues, and both Globalworth conference halls are available to members and external clients alike, by the hour, half-day, or full day. First booking comes with 10% off.
What event formats do you support?
Any format, any scale. Five fully equipped meeting rooms for groups of 2 to 30, open-plan venues for up to 100 guests, and two landmark Globalworth conference halls with a combined capacity of 300. End-to-end production and event management support included, upon request.
